Selection of the best cheap laptops

Requirements of laptop users vary from person to person. However you can take care of certain common factors in selecting your cheap laptop.
Some of the requirements for using cheap laptops could be frequent travel on business and other purposes. Students that would be moving between classes will also require them. You might use the laptops for presentations of projects and business deals. Conversely you may take home works from the office. In fact with your laptops at the side you will have a mobile office along with you.
Features that need your attention while using such cheap or expensive laptops are the hard drive capabilities, CPU speed, memory size, other multi media drives like DVD or dual layer drives, modem, Ethernet and USB ports, integrated wireless systems, and above all, the operating system.
Gone are the days when laptops had 2-4 GB hard drives. These are the days of minimum 60-80 GB Hard Drives. For CPU you could use the Intel or AMD processors. A minimum 512 MB RAM would give your computer the required speed and efficiency. For operating systems in your Dell, IBM, Sony, Acer or lenovo laptops you may use the Windows XP or Windows Vista or the more robust Red Hat Linux.
In all cases however your major concern will be the capability of your laptop to run all these software efficiently.
